Youth Aid Division: Purpose is to investigate, interview, and prosecute crimes committed by suspects under the age of 16 years. Further purpose through counseling and training to take proactive approach to help alleviate some of the barriers between the Police Dept. and the youth in our community. Youth Aid Division must also interact in an effective manner with the various social and community agencies which are also charged with ministering to the needs of our youth.

Community Services Division: - The purpose of this Division is to foster those interrelationships with all aspects of our community that create conditions where effective law enforcement may flourish. Our directive is to reach out to all elements of our city and try to bring them in to partnership with their Police Department for the common good.
