The Communications Division provides dispatch, technical services and repair of electronic equipment for all divisions of the Niagara Falls Police Department. The personnel of the division also supply technical services and electronic equipment repair to all City of Niagara Falls departments. Complaint Report Technicians, Police Dispatchers, and Communications Technicians discharge the responsibilities of the division.
